My name is Cooper and I’m a writer.

 

I started off writing screenplays. First TV comedy, then horror movies. Which sounds very different, but really you just switch laughs for scares and it's the same thing. 

 

In between writing those, I wrote about surfing. I covered news, conducted interviews, and put together features. One time I even went all the way to Portugal to write about surfers riding the biggest waves in the world. And I have the story to prove it.

 

Now I’ve returned to the small screen, in a way. To write the things that go in between the shows.

And on social media, and print, and billboards, and all the other places where we put words to sell things to people.

 

But, at the end of the day, wherever the words go, I've really just been one thing all along: a writer.
